LOBBY FINISHES: The Fourteenth Street lobby will feature tranquil reflection pools, soothing black river rocks and bamboo groves in excess of 25 feet tall. Finishes include French Balzac limestone floors and Italian Carrara marble walls accented with mirrored fluted glass and brushed stainless steel fixtures.

RESTROOM FINISHES: Fully partitioned privacy stalls with louvered wood doors. Black ceramic tile floors, Italian Carrara marble vanities and wood-framed mirrors.

ELEVATORS: Fifteen passenger elevators with six dedicated to floors 18-27; two service elevators with one dedicated to floors 18-27. Italian Carrara marble and mirrored fluted glass in passenger cabs.

PARKING: 12 levels with 1,200 spaces (1.8 per 1,000 rentable square feet)

TYPICAL TENANT FLOOR FEATURES: 10-foot ceiling heights with floor-to-ceiling glass for maximum natural light. Eight corner offices and 21 separate HVAC zones per floor.
